General Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction
    By participating in this TikTok giveaway, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with TikTok.
  2. Eligibility
    The Giveaway is open to legal residents of GCC
  3. Giveaway Period
    The Giveaway starts on October 10, 2024 and ends on October 17, 2024 at 11;59 pm Kuwait time. Entries submitted after the Giveaway Period will not be considered.
  4. How to Enter
    To enter the Giveaway:
    1. Follow @ecokees_mjc on TikTok.
    2. Like any one of our TikTok Videos
    3. Drop us a Message on TikTok with the personalization you would like on your bag and which GCC country you are from
  5. Prizes
    One (1) winner will receive Petite Natural Bag or Sling Bag with Personalization per GCC. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
  6. Winner Selection and Notification
    The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Giveaway Period. The winner will be notified via TikTok direct message within 1 month after the Giveaway ends. If the winner does not respond within 2 weeks or cannot claim the prize for any reason, a new winner may be selected.
  7. Publicity
    By entering the Giveaway, the winner agrees to the use of their TikTok username and content for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  8. Disqualification
    Ecokees reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or tampers with the Giveaway process.
  9. Limitation of Liability
    Ecokees is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, or any other issue that may impact the participation or outcome of this Giveaway.
  10. Privacy
    Any personal information collected during the course of the Giveaway will be used for administering the Giveaway and for contacting the winner. It will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill the prize.
